The LANCER PCM and PRO washers for cGMP regulated industries are manufactured to exceed all cGMP requirements of the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, QA/QC and Biotech industries. LANCER has a wide range of experience with cGMP applications and focuses on several areas of design and construction including a completely self-draining hydraulic system and orbital welding of all piping to produce the highest quality washers. The PCM and PRO ranges are based on 3 basic models with 3 different chamber sizes.

LANCER’s PRO Series is designed to meet rigorous cGMP requirements while providing value-engineered options. With the ability to add features and options, PRO washers can be tailored to your facility and washing requirements. LANCER offers 3 PRO models: 1600 PRO SS, 4500 PRO SS and 4800 PRO SS. These models are available in single or double door versions.

LANCER’s PCM series is the pinnacle of cGMP compliant washing. Providing an unsurpassed level of sanitary cleaning, the PCM chamber finish and construction is of the utmost quality. Standard features of the PCM range include sanitary diaphragm valves, fully polished chamber, and weld mapping. The orbital welding is certified. All pipework is polished both inside and out and non-shedding materials, zero-dead leg valves and tri-clamp connections are used exclusively. LANCER offers 3 PCM models: 1600 PCM SS, 4500 PCM SS and 4500 PCM SS. These models are available in single or double door versions.
