Cutting edge industries have rigorous demands for washing applications. LANCER's complete sanitary design eliminates water retention and begins with chambers that have rounded corners (1-inch radius) to provide for maximum drainability, orbital welds, a fully polished chamber to <24 Ra and tri-clamp connections. Orbital techniques used for welding pipes are performed by certified welders. The water circuit is manufactured from high quality materials to resist corrosion from WFI and aggressive washing products. LANCER's PRO and PCM chamber pump and hydraulic circuit are exclusively manufactured from 316 L stainless steel, PTFE or similar FDA approved materials.

Doors on the PCM and PRO washers include shock absorbing gas cylinders making opening and closing of the doors easier. The door can be used in the open position as a loading and unloading platform. A pneumatic lock prevents the door from being opened during a cycle.
