Control systems:

PCM and PRO washer control systems record and print cycle data and parameters, verifying that cycles conform to initial validation. Traceability and monitoring are provided by auto-diagnostic systems that constantly monitor and display current cycle status. These systems also provide audible and visual alarms that alert you when a problem occurs, automatically voiding the cycle and displaying the fault. LANCER offers two control packages for the operation of PCM and PRO washers, LANCER's standard microprocessor or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) from Allen Bradley.

LANCER microprocessor: This microprocessor features up to 40 programs that can be preset for a variety of washing applications and required cycles. With touch pad controls, digital readout display and self-diagnostics, this standard control package is ideal for most uses and can be combined with validated traceability and monitoring options for further performance.

Allen Bradley PLC controls (Optional): For those facilities with standardized Allen Bradley PLC control systems, LANCER offers two packages based on the SLC 5/04 with PanelView 600 interface, the Allen Bradley Basic and Allen Bradley Pack Plus. The SLC 5/05 with ethernet connections is also available. The Pack Plus offers an increased level of operation and control panels as well as the standard features of the basic model. These PLCs conform to the GAMP system of reference and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The PLC also enables interfacing to SCADA type external monitoring systems.
